About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and consultative Inside Sales Representative to drive new business growth across our target markets. You will engage healthcare decision-makers — including C-suite executives, clinical informaticists, IT leaders, and practice administrators — to educate them on our solutions and guide them through a complex, compliance-conscious buying process.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment and wants to make a tangible impact on how healthcare is delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and qualify new leads via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual events targeting health systems, hospitals, physician groups, and payers
• Conduct discovery calls and web-based product demonstrations tailored to clinical and operational stakeholders
• Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving clinical, IT, compliance, and procurement teams
• Articulate the clinical, operational, and financial ROI of our platform to diverse buyer personas
• Manage and advance pipeline opportunities in Salesforce, maintaining accurate forecasting and activity logs
• Partner with marketing on follow-up for inbound MQLs, webinar attendees, and campaign responses
• Collaborate with clinical consultants and solutions engineers on complex demonstrations and RFP responses
• Stay current on healthcare regulations, reimbursement trends, EHR ecosystems, and competitive intelligence
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for pipeline generation and closed revenue
• Contribute to a team culture of continuous learning, accountability, and mission alignment
Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of inside sales, account development, or quota-carrying sales experience
• Experience selling into healthcare settings — health systems, hospitals, clinics, or payer organizations
• Demonstrated ability to engage and build credibility with clinical and administrative decision-makers
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear value
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting via video
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools
• High degree of organization, self-discipline, and follow-through in a remote or hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, life sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
• Direct experience selling healthcare SaaS, HIT, EHR, RCM, telehealth, or clinical decision support solutions
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) and the healthcare procurement process
• Understanding of key healthcare buyer personas: CMIOs, CNOs, CIOs, CFOs, practice managers
• Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN Selling
• Exposure to value-based care models, population health, or interoperability initiatives
• Experience using tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, or ZoomInfo

• Uncapped commission with strong on-target earnings (OTE: $[Z])
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) with company match
• Flexible PTO and paid company holidays
• Home office stipend and technology support (if remote)
• Mission-driven culture with real impact on patient care
• Career path into enterprise sales, account management, or sales leadership
