What You Will Work On
Messaging & Positioning
- Lead product positioning and messaging for the XCaliber platform, agents, and integration capabilities.
- Translate complex technical concepts (data fabric, agentic workflows, interoperability) into crisp, benefits-driven messaging.
- Create differentiated copy for specific segments (digital health, tech-enabled services, health systems).
- Refine messaging by persona (builders, buyers, packagers) and stage in the buyer journey.
Content Asset Strategy & Creation
Own the development and oversight of all core content categories:
- Sales Enablement
- One-pagers (platform, data fabric, agents, integration guides, etc.).
- Creation of templates for sales-centric, customer-ready decks.
- Demo scripts and objection-handling resources.
- Thought Leadership & Website Copy
- Landing page and microsite copy (e.g., EHR-specific integration pages).
- Product overview and “Why Now” messaging for digital health & AI buyers.
- SEO-aligned descriptions, FAQs, and core messaging blocks.
- Launch & Campaign Content
- Blog posts, video briefs, and email copy to support feature and agent launches.
- Partner co-marketing content and webinar narratives.
- Customer-Facing Collateral
- Case studies, testimonials, before-and-after visuals.
- Technical deep dives (platform, APIs, security posture) in partnership with Product & Engineering.
- Internal Messaging Toolkits
- Messaging memos to align internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Battlecards, competitive comparisons, and product differentiation cheat sheets.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years in product marketing or a related role at a B2B SaaS company (startup or scale-up experience preferred).
- Deep experience in healthcare, health tech, or AI-based products (strong preference).
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end content workflows — from strategy to delivery.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and sales teams.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a track record of turning product complexity into customer clarity.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment where messaging is constantly refined.
- Familiarity and experience with AI, design, and marketing tools such as Figma, HubSpot, and Google Workspace.
