Our platform powers healthcare-specific copilots through three core products: an Interoperability Gateway (out-of-the-box access to Epic, athena, Elation, eCW, and more), a Healthcare Data Fabric for clean, connected data, and Agentic Workflows for automation at scale. The result: faster integrations, lower costs, and improved patient care.
We're looking for a highly motivated SDE I to join our growing team focused on building scalable healthcare data pipelines and integrations. You'll work with senior developers to build, test, and maintain modules that support data ingestion, mapping, and transformation across healthcare standards like FHIR, HL7v2, and CCDA.
What You Will Work On
- Assist in developing modular data workflows including data ingestion, transformation, and mapping to FHIR.
- Contribute to implementation of connectors: SFTP, API-based, database, and streaming integrations.
- Support development of scalable components for bulk reads/writes, incremental reads, and agent execution.
- Help maintain and improve platform observability (logs, metrics, tracing).
- Write unit/integration tests and perform code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, and Product.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in at least one or more programming languages: Javascript , Python, or Go.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and structured/semi-structured data formats.
- Basic understanding of FHIR, HL7v2, CCDA, or healthcare domain data is a plus.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and agile development workflows.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Strong self-learning ability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Understanding of containerized deployments using Docker/Kubernetes.
- Experience with workflow systems like Temporal or similar systems
- Familiarity with Kafka and SQL databases.
- Experience working with third-party APIs or platforms, or APIs like Google, Auth0, Stripe etc
