XCaliber is building the first Agentic Digital Health Platform: enabling real-time decision-making and autonomous workflows. What You’ll Do
You’ll own the execution of campaigns, experiments, and performance marketing tactics that drive top-of-funnel and pipeline growth across Series B+ digital health and health AI buyers.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Omni-channel campaigns (Google Ads, retargeting, LinkedIn where efficient)
- Manage our lead generation funnel — track MQLs, conversion metrics, and lead scoring signals
- Execute and iterate on ABM campaigns and targeted Series B outreach (in partnership with analyst)
- Partner with product marketing to align messaging and landing pages to key buyer segments
- Run A/B tests on ads, emails, and conversion flows to drive cost-efficient lead acquisition
- Build and manage dashboards to track ROI, CAC, and funnel progression
- Support promotion and registration for webinars, in-person micro-events, and macro conferences
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, PM, and Design to ship marketing assets that convert
Who You Are
- 6-8 years of experience in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing
- Strong B2B SaaS or digital health background, ideally at Series A–C companies
- Hands-on with Google Ads, email platforms, LinkedIn (bonus: HubSpot, Clearbit, Apollo)
- Data-driven mindset with strong testing and attribution instincts
- Comfortable operating independently and iterating in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Familiar with or excited to learn about agentic AI, health tech infrastructure, and EHR data ops
Bonus Experience
- Experience building early-stage marketing infrastructure and attribution frameworks
- Familiarity with marketing to technical audiences (product, data, IT buyers)
- Prior exposure to ABM-style campaigns or outbound sequencing tools
