Senior Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Designer to elevate our brand across product, marketing, and storytelling touchpoints. You’ll own visual direction, interface design, and creative execution across web, pitch decks, data sheets, infographics, and more. XCaliber is building the first Agentic Digital Health Platform: enabling real-time decision-making and autonomous workflows. We deliver a virtual digital workforce powered by a seamless and connected platform that includes an Interoperability Gateway (out-of-the-box access to Epic, athena, Elation, eCW, and more), Healthcare Data Fabric, and Agentic Workflows.

What You'll Do

• Lead Visual Design: Define and evolve our visual identity across brand, product, and marketing materials.
• Own End-to-End Asset Creation: From concept to final delivery for decks, one-pagers, infographics, digital ads, social graphics, and landing pages.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to bring complex ideas to life visually — and clearly.
• Design for Storytelling: Help turn product narratives and market insights into visually compelling stories.
• Interface & Web Design: Contribute to the UX and visual design of microsites, product pages, and internal tools.
• Maintain Design Consistency: Uphold brand standards and elevate visual quality across all deliverables.

Who You Are

• 8+ years of experience in visual or product design roles, preferably with healthcare, healthtech, or AI startups.
• Portfolio that blends clean visual aesthetic with strategic storytelling (like the examples shared).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (component libraries, design systems), Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools (Keynote, Google Slides).
• Strong grasp of layout, typography, color, and responsive design best practices.
• Ability to translate abstract ideas and technical product features into clean, engaging visuals.
• Experience working across brand, marketing, and product design — and an eye for hierarchy and clarity in communication.
• Comfortable working quickly and iteratively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end collaboration workflows.
• Motion design, web animation, or basic prototyping skills.
• An opinionated but collaborative design style.
