About the Role
We’re looking for a part-time Google & LinkedIn Ads Specialist to lead a focused multi-channel campaign for one of our new product launches. This is a short-term, project-based role to plan, execute, and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Search/Display and LinkedIn Ads, driving the right healthcare decision-makers to our dedicated landing pages.
You’ll own the full paid media workflow, from audience and keyword research, campaign strategy, and structuring, to ad creation, performance tracking, and optimization. The goal is to efficiently reach our target healthcare audiences and generate high-quality conversions through precise targeting, strong messaging, and continuous refinement.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, possibly P-Max) and LinkedIn Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
- Conduct keyword and audience research tailored to niche, high-intent B2B healthcare and AI segments.
- Structure campaigns for efficiency, clarity, and alignment with our ICPs and product positioning.
- Create, test, and refine ad copy and creatives (working with our design team for visuals).
- Track and report on CTR, CPC, conversions, cost-per-lead, and other key metrics using Google Workspace tools.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns in real time — adjusting bids, refining targeting, and testing variations for improved performance.
- Advise on landing page alignment to improve quality scores and conversion rates.
- Provide clear walkthroughs and campaign reviews for the internal team, explaining strategic and tactical decisions asynchronously.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B products; healthcare, SaaS, or technical audiences strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to design and manage multi-channel campaigns that work in parallel toward common goals.
- Strong grasp of keyword strategy, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for low-volume, high-intent B2B markets.
- Skilled in campaign structuring for multiple ICPs and product lines.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace for reporting, collaboration, and documentation.
- Clear communicator, organized thinker, and collaborative problem-solver.
- Willing to explain the "why" behind campaign decisions to help upskill our internal team.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with B2B healthcare or healthtech campaigns.
- Familiarity with compliance considerations in healthcare advertising (HIPAA, PHI, etc.).
- Experience coordinating with design teams to create ad assets that convert.
